MOCKSVILLE, N.C. – Defense testimony is now under way in the murder trial of Clemmons dentist Kirk Turner.
He's accused of stabbing his estranged wife Jennifer during an argument in September 2007.
The pathologist who performed the autopsy on Jennifer Turner's body was the state's last witness.
Prosecutors tried to show Turner's wounds were self-inflicted after he killed his wife, bringing out the spear the defense says he was attacked with.

I am appalled at the number of people who have taken the "final solution" as their only way of escaping the family law injustice system and the strangle hold it has on many spouses.
For the sake of padding their pockets, the legal industry is responsible for these untimely and unnecessary fatalities. Equally complicit are the legislators for permitting the laws to exist that allow the judges unlimited discretion. If only "justice" prevailed in the courts for both spouses, these events would never have occurred.
